Yandex logo redesign -- boring
Old logo on the left, new logo on the right.
I’d say it’s a step in the wrong direction. I hope you guys don’t keep the new logo’s rendering as is, it looks cheap. I also hope you didn’t pay for this.
Why not do this by crowdsourcing? I’m sure lots of professional designers would be happy to volunteer their time and creative energies. Might also help break Lebedev’s monopoly.
